Parking

Do you have a parking lot?

No. On the other hand, all streets are free in Nevers and around the hotel or in the 2-hour blue zone. If you absolutely need a car park, the nearest one is next to the church of St Pierre, 500m from the hotel.

Where can I park my bike?

Either park it on the street behind a car or on the sidewalk in front of the hotel.

Do you have a place to put my bike?

Our indoor patio can accommodate up to 20 bikes and for racing bikes, you can put it in your room.

Room

What equipment do I find in the rooms?

The rooms are equipped with towels and feet, a tea/coffee service with welcome product offered, a handkerchief box, hygiene bags, organic degradable shower/shampoo and soap gel, hair dryer.

The comfort rooms also have a towel dryer.

Can we smoke in the rooms?

No, all rooms are non-smoking, but there are 2 accessible areas for our smoking friends.

Do you have family rooms?

Yes, we can accommodate families of up to 4 people and a baby. Either in a triple room with an extra bed added (+ 10 euros compared to the triple), or in a family room with 2 communicating rooms with 2 double beds (+20 euros compared to the double)

What are your rental hours?

Rooms are available from 4pm and departure must be by 11am at the latest.

If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at the reception desk or pick up your room if it is ready.

What are your opening hours?

The hotel is open Monday to Friday from 7am to 7pm, 5pm to 9pm, Saturday 8am to 9pm and Sunday and holidays 8am to 5pm to 9pm. However, we can close earlier if everyone is there.

Breakfast

How much does breakfast cost?

Breakfast is 8 euros per person over 18 years old, 5 euros between 5 and 17 years old included and free between 0 and 4 years old included.

Breakfast is 5 euros for adults only if they book on our website with the “non-refundable” rate.

What time is breakfast served?

The week between 7am and 10am and the weekend and public holidays between 8am and 10am.

Can we have breakfast in our room?

No, it is only served in our breakfast room.

What do you suggest for breakfast?

Breakfast is served with a croissant and 2 pieces of bread per person, hot drinks, various juices, homemade jams, plain and fruit yoghurt, cold cuts, cheese, eggs, cereals, honey, nutela, rusks.

If I am vegan, salt-free, diabetic or gluten-free, is breakfast different?

In the case of a specific diet, you must inform us at least 48 hours before arrival so that we can plan the ingredients you can eat.

Payments

How can I pay?

In case of non-refundable room reservation, payment is made online via a bank card.

In case of flexible room reservation, payment is made at the hotel by credit card, cash, cheque and holiday vouchers. The credit card for the reservation serves as a guarantee.
