 Sleeping at the hotel de Verdun

We took over this hotel in January 2008. Since then, we have carried out various development work.

The first and most expensive were regulatory compliance. Mandatory fire standards have forced us to change all the doors of the Verdun Hotel and to completely change the fire alarm system.

Upgrading to PMR (person with reduced mobility) standards was cheaper since we already had an adequate room.

Finally, in 2018 we decided to change almost all showers to cabins and to install shower screens in bathtubs. In addition, we changed most of the wallpaper in the rooms.

In addition, bed and bath linen are provided free of charge.

During your stay you can borrow a book or a cartoon, rent our bikes, have a drink in our patio or connect in all parts of the hotel in wifi.

We have set up in 2017 in all rooms except the economy rooms a tea / coffee service, a handkerchief and an ice-cream make-up.

Once you arrive at the hotel, drop off your luggage and take full advantage of the opportunity to visit Nevers and its history. We are at your disposal for any tourist or culinary information and if you are lost in our explanations, the booklet available in your room will allow you to know more about the city. You will also find a list of restaurants and their opening hours, telephone number and postal address. Finally, the information booklet will tell you everything the hotel has to offer in terms of service.
